Project ManagerDefine projects including objectives, scope, schedule, requirements, assumptions, constraints, and risks. Develop project plans considering major project aspects like stakeholders, schedule, resources, risk management, and procurement. Initiate projects by planning and organizing project kick off/RPS, collaborating with stakeholders, building action plans, and gathering necessary resources. Execute project plan like an entrepreneur and fine-tune while executing by taking extreme ownership, close collaboration with stakeholders and project team, escalating and asking for help wherever necessary.Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/computer science/IT engineering. Technical background: degree in a computer systems/science or experience in an application development of support role prior to entering project management. 5+ years of experience of project management experience. PMP or SAFe certification is a plus. Comfortable in an ambiguous environment with an assertive nature to drive delivery objectives. Analytic competency and good problem-solving skills.
Experience in supply chain/logistics/warehouse management system like Softeon/Manhattan is a plus. Demonstrated leader with strong technical competency delivering throughout the SDLC.
Experience with Agile development methodology and working in a hybrid (waterfall/agile) environment is a plus.Location: Preferable Alpharetta GA USA
