This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual that wants to take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and editing content submissions for multiple projects, thorough QC of submission materials, tracking project progress, and monitoring timelines.
The Project Manager is in constant communication with our Account Management team to understand and meet the needs of our clients and daily correspondence with other internal teams to revise and produce our images, websites, videos, and other digital work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:Successfully manage projects from sale to launchPrepare/edit documents required for submission and approval through various pharmaceutical regulatory processesThorough editorial and correctness QC of all submission materialsCoordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams in the execution of projectsServe as primary point of contact for project-related requests Manage timelines for all project deliverablesUse project management software to track projects and provide frequent status updatesUse online submissions systems to upload pieces, download comments, tag references, and track progressInterpret and address Medical/Legal/Regulatory commentsReview live websites, HTML files, and videos to confirm that they match approved versionsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environmentMust have solid Microsoft Office experience especially related to Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong organizational, analytical skills, and strong attention to detailProven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to follow through on and successfully execute tasks while adhering to specified quality standardsExcellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skillsPossess proactive mindset to seek information to create effective solutionsProven ability to build rapport while providing superior service and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors/contactsAbility to work well independently and as a team memberExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHave a good understanding of how to motivate people and to get to the heart of the matterMust have a professional attitude and be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organizationPossess a high comfort level with technology, technical processes, and digital materials
