The position will be located in our office in Gaithersburg, MD, and will work within the Project Management Team. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Washington, DC, area.Job DescriptionDevelops and implements program plans and strategies in accordance with supported customer requirements, policies and guidelines. Develops and coordinates preparation of program documentation and briefing materials to clearly communicate program strategies, goals and objectives, and supports program execution within established cost, schedule and performance parameters.

Analyzes customer requirements, develops course of action, makes sound recommendations and implements actions to ensure program success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage medium to large-scale construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion.Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability among team members.Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.Implement risk management strategies, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers, supporting their professional growth and development.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business strategies, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth and success.QualificationsBachelor's Degree, preferred with 5 to 7 years of experienceProven ability to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent financial management and budgeting expertise.Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.Thorough understanding of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.Proficiency in project management software and tools.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Retirement savings plan with employer matchLife Insurance and DisabilityPaid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
