Project Manager - Honolulu, HIBG Workforce is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact Department of Defense (DoD) manufacturing and maintenance initiatives in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting C-level leadership while driving mission-critical projects at military maintenance and production facilities.Ideal candidates will have prior experience in project management within the automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, or defense sectors, and a strong understanding of maintenance and manufacturing operations. Military experience or working alongside military personnel is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of assigned DoD-related projects from initiation to completionApply formal project management methodologies to meet timelines, budgets, and deliverablesServe as a key liaison between BG Workforce and military or civilian stakeholders at multiple DoD facilitiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders from the shop floor to senior military leadership, demonstrating professionalism and integrityProvide regular updates to C-level executives and help drive strategic decision-makingBuild strong customer relationships and demonstrate leadership consistent with military cultural valuesManage vendors, resources, and schedules to optimize quality and efficiencyQualificationsMinimum 12 years of relevant experience in project management, manufacturing, or defense-related environmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldQualifications or experience in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or other Project Management methodologies preferredPrior military experience or experience working within military environments is a strong plusMust be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
