Project Manager – Strong Exp with MS Project and Project Server - Software Tooling Implementation ProjectThe Software Tooling Implementation Manager will work with technical architects to determine the activities and tasks required to plan and manage the work required to achieve the business processes that require the implementation of various software tools. He/she must be able to work with multiple project team members including technical and functional disciplines to develop a detailed work plan and then manage the work plan weekly.Specific Responsibilities IncludeDesign and develop project schedule using MS Project.Interact with project team to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules.Interact with project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-arounds.Suggest management of risks affecting project schedules.Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.Required Skills/Experience5+ years experience in Project ManagementExperience with project planning and project schedulingProficiency with MS Project including earned value managementDemonstrated experience with MS Project ServerExperience integrating projects into Project ServerExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Conflict management and issue resolutionExperience with the Following is a PlusData center migration/transformation processes
