Project Manager For GncsLocation: Sunnyvale, CAJob Type: FulltimeTechnical Skills & Competencies:Expertise managing multiple initiatives and complex projects.Experience with managing development projects & operations teams.Independent thinking and excellent communication skills (written and oral).Owns and manages project schedule and milestone.Manage project scope, goals and deliverables in collaborations with Product Manager.Manage scope, schedule, resource changes during the project.Organize project kick off and key project meetings during each milestone.Works with the Product manager to get the requirements documentations.Manages and track project progress.Identifies and resolves issues/risks proactively and conflicts within the project team.Develops and delivers progress reports, project presentations and reports to stakeholders.Plans and tracks project testing (drive functional and IT testing, supports UAT).Proactively identify changes in Project scope, identifies potential risks and devises contingency plans.Develops and shares best practices and tools for execution and management.Prior Apple experience is plus.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Conduct project postmortems and creates recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Education/Certifications (Required): Bachelor's Degree.
