Lead commercial MEP construction projects from planning through closeout, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination.

What you’ll do:

• Develop project schedules and coordinate construction activities.

• Manage budgets, estimating, cost tracking, and expenditures.

• Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and compliance documents.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Manage contracts, negotiations, change orders, and documentation.

• Lead project teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, environmental standards, and contractual requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on construction site experience and knowledge of construction safety protocols.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in construction estimating software and familiarity with construction management software.

• Understanding of contracts, construction plans, schematics, project documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects within budget and schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of construction management experience preferred.
