Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for executing projects within a collaborative, team-based environment. The PM will be the main point of contact for all project stakeholders. This role supports the Company's sales and operations efforts by managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating closely with internal teams, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful executionCollaborate effectively with subcontractors, general contractors, customers, and internal project teams throughout all project phasesCoordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of kitchen equipment and custom fabricationReview and approve Purchase Orders and initiate project billings in accordance with contract termsTravel to job sites as required to support project execution and coordinationManage projects in accordance with applicable plans, specs, and contractMaintain accurate, organized, and complete project documentationRequired QualificationsHighly organized with attention to detailStrong verbal and written communications skillsAbility to collaborate in a highly professional mannerAbility to problem solve and resolve disputes both independently and collaborativelyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentThorough understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, and KEC scopeProficient field measuring and field documentation abilityPreferred QualificationsPrevious construction related project management experiencePrevious commercial kitchen equipment or foodservice constructionTechnical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawingsSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no current supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in both a professional office environment and active construction job sites as needed.
The role routinely uses standard office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. Noise levels are typically moderate but may be elevated on construction sites.
