Project Manager – Construction LogisticsWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Logistics to support a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program in Northern Indiana. This role will be responsible for managing site logistics planning and execution, ensuring efficient coordination of materials, deliveries, laydown areas, equipment movement, and overall site flow across a complex multi-contractor environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction logistics on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects and the ability to coordinate multiple trades, vendors, and site teams in a fast-paced construction setting.Responsibilities:Develop and manage the overall site logistics plan from preconstruction through project completionCoordinate delivery schedules, material staging, laydown areas, and site access routesOversee movement of materials, equipment, and personnel across a high-activity construction siteWork closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to align logistics with construction sequencingManage crane picks, hoisting plans, and major equipment deliveriesCoordinate traffic management, site security access, and vendor logistics requirementsEnsure efficient use of laydown space and site infrastructureTrack and resolve delivery conflicts, access constraints, and material delaysSupport scheduling alignment between logistics activities and project milestonesLiaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain logistics plans, drawings, and tracking documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards across all logistics operationsQualifications:5–10+ years of experience in construction logistics, project management, or site operationsStrong background in large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projectsExperience managing complex logistics on multi-trade, high-density construction sitesStrong understanding of construction sequencing, material flow, and site coordinationAbility to manage crane operations, deliveries, and heavy equipment logisticsExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with general contractors, trade partners, and suppliers in fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with data center, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects preferredOSHA 30 certification preferredDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredPreferred Backgrounds:Candidates may come from general contractors, construction management firms, logistics coordination roles, or large-scale infrastructure projects with complex site operations.Experience supporting data center construction or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.What We're Looking For:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive logistics professional who can ensure smooth site operations across a complex, fast-moving construction program.
