This role manages field crews, coordinates with general contractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend pre-construction meetings and coordinate project startupManage multiple job sites and field crewsDevelop daily schedules, manpower plans, and material needsTrack crew productivity and project progressMaintain strong communication with general contractors and site supervisorsManage and secure approval for change ordersEnsure safety, quality control, and on-time project completionAssist with project documentation and AIA payment applicationsConduct crew safety meetings and product trainingQualifications25 years of project management experience in commercial waterproofing or constructionStrong knowledge of construction practices and terminologyAbility to read blueprints and engineering drawingsExperience with estimating software, budgeting, and project trackingStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver’s licenseEducation: High school diploma requiredAssociate degree or technical training preferredWhy is This a Great OpportunityStable, growing waterproofing company that is looking for the ideal candidate to grow with them and expand on their footprint in the Denver market.
