This role coordinates with estimators, superintendents, field crews, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Horizon Roofing's quality standards.ResponsibilitiesTake over projects from the estimator after Notice to ProceedFacilitate the contract execution process as neededEnsure materials are ordered accurately and in a timely mannerReview bid documents, plans, and specifications for design issues or opportunitiesCompile, submit, and track project submittalsEnter and manage project information, including PINsReview returned submittals and resolve issues promptlyServe as the primary point of contact for all roofing and related sheet metal questions throughout pre-construction and constructionTrack project budgets and productivity to identify overages earlyMake informed decisions to bring projects under budget when necessaryIdentify, price, execute, and track change ordersExecute, price, and track RFIs and ASIsFacilitate the permitting process to ensure projects start on timeTrack and troubleshoot material procurement issues and project shortagesProvide clear, workable documents to field superintendents and foremenProvide leadership and support to field operationsAttend and facilitate job site progress meetings as requiredFacilitate a timely and organized project closeout processCompile and maintain complete project documentation and support proper risk managementCoordinate with accounting to ensure accurate monthly billingManage dispatching and communication related to leaks on assigned projectsCoordinate punch list repairs and communicate completion of itemsEffectively manage 5–6 active projects, with additional projects in pre-construction and post-construction phasesFacilitate miscellaneous repairs and additional work after project completion
