We are industry agnostic, working across Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Defense, Energy, Financial Services, Telecom, Technology & Media, and Public Sector. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and addressing business transformation and change management initiatives.

We are looking for someone motivated and excited to learn to join us as a Project Management Consultant.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, cost plans, and resource allocation to support deliverables and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to drive project success.
  • Identify risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Facilitate communication across all levels, including executive updates and stakeholder presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and operational efficiency.
  • Support client engagements onsite in the Boston area, representing MP’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Who You Are

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and executive audiences.
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary range: $90,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience).
