I'm currently recruiting for an Associate, Project Finance opportunity with a high-growth AI, energy & digital infrastructure platform based in Miami.
The Associate will join the Strategic Finance team and play a key role in structuring and executing financing transactions supporting the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure portfolio.
The role will focus on:
- Project finance and capital structuring
- Financial modeling and transaction analysis
- Debt, equity, lease and hybrid financing
- Capital markets and investor engagement
- M&A and strategic investment opportunities
- Supporting transactions from initial analysis through close
Ideal background:
- 2-4+ years in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, private equity, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and transaction experience
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, data centers or capital markets preferred
