Project Executive II - Solar

Project Executive IIMortenson is currently seeking a Project Executive II for the Solar Group that will provide overall management for large Solar projects, leading the project team and ensuring key and successful customer relations, as well as assist operating group with winning work. This individual will have the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain successful customer and community relationshipsConduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to close-outPreview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal processAct as primary customer contact for assigned projectsSupport business development initiatives and maintain customer relationshipsProvide oversight and accountability for large projectsManage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoicesMaintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable deliveryProvide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent fieldMinimum 12 years prior experience in construction management overseeing large projects ($20M+)Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projectsDetail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasksPossess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practicesMicrosoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level.Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skillsAbility to interpret and communicate Mortenson policiesKnowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusive Behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and their intended useAbility to travel up 50-75%Current driver's licenseBenefitsMedical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverageDental plan401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson matchPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leavesEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insuranceNo-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resourcesTuition reimbursementAdoption AssistanceGym Membership Discount ProgramThe base pay range for this role is Min: $194,500 - Max: 291,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C.

– 12.5%).
