You’ll oversee multi-discipline teams, manage quality, budgets, and schedules, and play a key role in client relationships and business growth.Key responsibilities include:Managing engineering activities and project deliverables across multiple disciplines.Leading teams in the planning, design, and execution of substation projects.Ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.Supporting client engagement, proposal development, and business pursuits.Providing technical guidance and mentorship to project staff.Qualifications include:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; P.E. license preferred.5+ years of experience managing EPC or design projects for substations and switchyards.Strong understanding of substation design, protection and control, civil/structural elements, and equipment specification.Experience with procurement, contracts, and interdisciplinary coordination.Strong leadership and communication skills.
