About the Role
We are seeking a Substation Project Engineering Manager to lead the design and execution of high‑voltage substation projects. Youll oversee multi‑discipline teams, manage quality, budgets, and schedules, and play a key role in client relationships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering activities and project deliverables across multiple disciplines.
- Lead teams in the planning, design, and execution of substation projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Support client engagement, proposal development, and business pursuits.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; P.E. license preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing EPC or design projects for substations and switchyards.
- Strong understanding of substation design, protection and control, civil/structural elements, and equipment specification.
- Experience with procurement, contracts, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
