Responsible for scheduling, reporting, invoicing, and change management. Annual salary is $120k/year, depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6Track progress and produce weekly/monthly schedule reportsCoordinate with project teams, field staff, and procurementPrepare monthly invoices and support cost trackingManage change control, documentation, and time impact analysesReview plans, specs, and contracts to ensure project alignmentRequirements:Experience with commercial or government construction projectsProficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM schedulingStrong communication and organizational skillsBachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience requiredAbility to travel and work in field conditionsMust be able to obtain/hold a U.S.
