Executive Project Director – Seattle, WAA market-leading property restoration firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Project Director to oversee and drive the successful execution of large-scale restoration projects.

The role is based out of the Seattle, WA office and will require travel as needed to manage national projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, proven leadership, and a results-driven mindset.Must HavesMinimum of 10+ years' experience in construction or restoration project management, with a focus on large loss disaster restorationDemonstrated success leading large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projectsBackground in estimating, bidding, and progress tracking for water, fire, smoke, and storm-related projectsProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across various regionsWillingness to travel for project oversight and stakeholder meetingsNice to HavesBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related fieldAdvanced Xactimate Certification (Level 3)Strong business development and client relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to cultivate a personal book of business through networking and referralsExperience working with residential, commercial, and industrial restoration clientsResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and financial outcome of large-scale restoration projects across mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatementCollaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project deliveryDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, estimates, and scopes of workManage personnel, equipment, and material resources for optimal project executionCoordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure aligned goalsIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks while implementing contingency plans as neededEnsure quality control and compliance with project specifications and industry standardsPrepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholdersOversee all project documentation for accuracy and completionMaintain and expand client relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeat businessFoster a culture of safety and ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations and protocolsEstimate and track progress of large loss projects including water, fire, smoke, and other hazardsConduct site inspections and attend in-person client and stakeholder meetings as required
