A leading mechanical contractor generating approximately $800M in annual revenue is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Northern Virginia team.
Specializing in HVAC, piping, and design-build construction, the company delivers projects across data centers, mission-critical facilities, commercial, and industrial infrastructure.

Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and delivery. Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, BIM teams, and general contractors. Manage submittals, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful project execution. Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively across project teams. Collaborate with fabrication and construction teams to improve project efficiency.
Requirements Project Management experience within mechanical contracting, HVAC, piping, or MEP construction. Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes and project financials. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. General contractor backgrounds considered with relevant mechanical experience. Degree not required; practical experience is prioritized.
