We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirements6+ years of experience as a technical program manager leading large and cross-functional initiativesPrevious experience as a systems or software engineerExperience in the eCommerce industry, ideally retail eCommerceComfortable communicating with senior leadership up to and including VP or SVPSeveral years of experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and track program executionBachelor's degreePrior experience with eCommerceExperience in Catalog, Search, and SEOExperience managing other TPMsResponsibilitiesCompile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems.Identify and analyze systems requirements and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.Lead strategic initiatives in the eCommerce Discovery space, including work across the Home Page, Item Pages, Search, SEO, and Catalog integrations.Manage across several complex systems and major cross-functional dependencies.Ensure updates and communications flow through enterprise channels and fit within broader TPM updates and processes.Build out plans for program execution.Orchestrate and drive execution of plans and track progress.Managing risks and issues, communicating and escalating where necessaryCommunicating status and risks to leadership
