Program Manager, Infrastructure Systems ImplementationLocation: Foster City, CA, 94404Contract: 6 monthsPay range: $50 - $55/hr on W2Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office)Client is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of an infrastructure project management platform across all sites. You will partner with Ops Infrastructure, Finance, IT, Data, and other cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into system and data requirements.As the primary day-to-day lead with the third-party software vendor, you will drive requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and rollout.This role will also own the end-to-end implementation and management of the KPI framework used to measure infrastructure performance across the full lifecycle - from site planning and deployment through operational readiness and ongoing operations.You will define the metrics and underlying data requirements, validate data quality, and develop reporting that provides clear visibility into deployment progress, site readiness, infrastructure reliability, and operational performance.The ideal candidate combines hands-on infrastructure deployment experience with strong capabilities in enterprise systems implementation, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, project management, data analysis, and KPI design.Responsibilities:Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across IT, infrastructure, partnerships, and operations teamsImplement infrastructure project management platformDefine and prioritize the software requirements needed to support project tracking across every Client siteDesign the information architecture for centralizing documentation (contracts, site plans, permitting docs, vendor records, etc.) within the platformDefine, configure, and validate KPI tracking and reporting functionality within the toolLead user acceptance testing and coordinate feedback loops between internal stakeholders and the vendorServe as day-to-day point of contact with the third-party vendor through requirements-gathering, build, testing, and rollout, escalating scope and risk decisions to Strategic Ops PMDevelop training materials and drive adoption across the infrastructure teamManage project timeline, milestones, and vendor deliverables, report status and risks to leadershipQualifications:3-5 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software implementationExperience with EV charging, utilities, construction, facilities, or infrastructure deploymentAbility to map the full site lifecycle, including permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handoffExperience designing site and project hierarchies, schedule rollups, milestone tracking, and RAG reportingExperience with infrastructure deployment toolsStrong understanding of project tracking methodologies (schedule vs. plan, milestone tracking, RAG/status reporting)Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to work independently across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups and in ambiguous environmentsStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsBonus Qualifications:Experience implementing project management platformsExperience migrating spreadsheet-based processes and data into an enterprise systemExperience in infrastructure, construction, or deployment-heavy operating environmentsBackground in KPI/dashboard designAdvanced Excel skills
