Cybersecurity Program ManagerServe as primary Contractor point of contact with the CO and COR. Direct and manage all task order activities across cybersecurity governance and operational support functions. Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and subcontractor coordination. Lead enterprise cybersecurity portfolio management initiatives. Oversee FISMA activities, system inventories, security boundary management, continuous monitoring, and cybersecurity process improvement initiatives. Lead weekly status reviews, executive briefings, and operational meetings. Develop and maintain: Task Order Management Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, Project Management Plans, Monthly Administrative Reports. Ensure compliance with NIH, HHS, NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, and EPLC methodologies. Coordinate cybersecurity transformation and AI-enabled modernization initiatives. Oversee risk management and issue resolution across multiple integrated projects. Ensure successful transition, onboarding, and continuity of operations. Coordinate with Government stakeholders, ISSOs, developers, system owners, and contractor teams. Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of all task order requirements.Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity experience; 15+ years preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant federal program/project management experience. PMP Certification required. CISSP certification or equivalent certification preferred OR degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. Previous experience managing comparable cybersecurity programs at civilian federal agencies. Familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodologies. Demonstrated experience overseeing contracts, financial management, staffing, and integrated cybersecurity programs of similar size and complexity.
Experience reducing FISMA workload and authorization timelines through automation, common controls, assessment readiness, digital transformation, and boundary consolidation.
