This is an onsite role.The Roles:As a Program Manager within Cart.com's Government Solutions team, you will lead the execution, oversight, and delivery of federally aligned programs. This role is designated as Key Personnel and is critical to ensuring contractual compliance, operational excellence, and successful program outcomes.You will serve as the primary point of accountability for program performance, working cross-functionally to ensure timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements are met in accordance with government standards.As a Project Analyst within Cart.com's Government Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting program execution through data analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.This role is designated as Key Personnel, meaning your expertise and contributions are essential to the success and compliance of the program.What You'll Do:Program Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with contract requirementsDevelop and manage program plans, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure adherence to federal regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirementsStakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison between Cart.com and government stakeholdersCommunicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to internal and external partnersOperational OversightOversee project analysts and junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverablesIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategiesEnsure proper documentation, audit readiness, and data integrity across the programReporting & Performance ManagementDrive program reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summariesEnsure timely and accurate submission of required deliverablesContinuously improve processes to enhance program efficiency and effectivenessFacilitate regular status meetings, briefings, and executive updatesWho You Are:A strategic operator who thrives in structured, compliance-driven environmentsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and documentation standardsA strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insightsComfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining accountability to strict deadlinesWhat You've Done: Program Manager7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or government contracting environmentsProven experience managing federally funded programs or government contractsExperience leading cross-functional teams and delivering against strict SLAsStrong background in reporting, data analysis, and executive-level communicationDemonstrated success in managing compliance, audits, or regulated environmentsProject Analyst3–5 years of experience in data analysis, program support, or project coordinationExperience developing reports, dashboards, or presentationsStrong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and data toolsExperience maintaining documentation and tracking systemsExposure to government, logistics, or operations environmentsTop candidates will also have:PMP, PgMP, or similar certificationExperience with FAR/DFARS or other federal compliance frameworksExperience supporting RFPs, contract transitions, or key personnel submissionsExperience supporting government contracts or regulated industriesFamiliarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsPhysical Work Environment:Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of timeAble to work overtime including extended schedules during peak seasons.Eligibility Requirement: This position is open only to U.S
