Supports concept design, strategic planning and business development for new programs and clinical services. Supports general service line development including coordination of initiatives, management of existing programs and services.Principle Responsibilities:Develops current and new pharmacy programs and services.Plans and implements programs and services.Manages projects and performance improvement initiatives.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy orDoctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Pharmacy2 to 5 years of pharmacist experience2 to 5 years of health system pharmacy leadership experience for hospital and retail/outpatientLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Pharmacist - MN Board of Pharmacy required upon hireResidency and/or Fellowship preferredPharmacotherapy Certification or other specialty area preferred upon hirePhysical Demands:Light Work:Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequentlyPay Range:$68.73 to $95.09 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range.
Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education.
