Program Manager (Mgr Programs 2)The Program Manager (PM) provides full-spectrum oversight and administrative leadership for all personnel and activities under this contract. Serving as the senior liaison between the Contractor and Government, the PM collaborates directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs to ensure all contractual requirements are met. The PM actively participates in required meetings, briefings, reviews, and mission-critical events, offering management, technical, cost, and schedule insights to Government leadership.

This role is accountable for program planning, execution, reporting, staffing, risk management, and overall contract performance.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesManaging personnel, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality across all subtask areasEnsuring all tasks/projects align with Government-approved priorities, timelines, and budgetsProviding continuous status updates, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actionsMaintaining complete and accessible project data and ensuring all deliverables and reports are submitted accurately and on timeLeading strategic planning, situation assessment, and providing recommendations to Government leadershipOverseeing contract security requirements and compliancePreparing and submitting required CDRLs including Management Plans, labor-hour reports, staffing reports, utilization reports, daily PERSTAT, and Estimates at CompletionMinimum Qualifications6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.Proven experience managing large, complex Government contracts or programsDemonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage program resourcesStrong understanding of program controls, risk management, scheduling, and quality assuranceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with cost reporting, budgeting, and performance metricsPMP, PgMP, or similar program management certificationClearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearancePreferred RequirementsMaster's degree in a related fieldExperience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed teamsPrior experience within DoD, IC, or similar Government environmentsExperience managing CDRLs and complex reporting requirementsExperience working directly with Contracting Officers, COR/ACOR, and TTMs
