The IAM program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise.

We are currently searching for a User Access Review Specialist to join our team. Prior experience with and excitement for Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review (UAR) campaigns and supporting processes is ideal for this role.A Day In The LifeOperate the UAR capability within Sailpoint in partnership with technology and business teamsExecute and adhere to UAR practice and process governanceCollaborate with IAM Technology Manager and Project Manager to optimize processes and campaignsCoordinate and execute user access reviews aligned with best practices and governing policiesExecute onboarding of new applications to UAR processEnsure UAR quality and integrity of newly onboarded applicationsExecute reconciliation exercises to ensure complete user populations are covered in UAR scopeServe as the single point of contact for all Compliance team driven UAR campaignsSupport Compliance team through staging and launching planned UARsSupport process and technical troubleshooting efforts relative to UAR application onboarding, staging, and active campaignsEffectively manage and communicate program processes and interdependencies as they relate to broader IAM activitiesEnsure timely and successful UAR campaigns aligned with security standards and practicesQualifications2+ years of Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review process execution2+ years of experience evaluating or designing security controls related to identity and access managementAbility to provide clear, practical, and contextual feedback to Engineering teamComprehensive understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO, Cobit, and PCI DSS frameworksProactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsAptitude to learn managed subject matter to the level of expertiseStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to successfully navigate limited resources with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organizationDemonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePointPMP and/or Scrum certification a plusMust HavesAcknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take themselves too seriously.
