About the Opportunity
Congresswoman Carrie Meek built her career on turning policy into real opportunity for Miami-Dade's most underserved communities. The Carrie Meek Foundation carries that work forward through direct investment in Education, Housing, Health, and Economic Development — and through the relationships that make those programs work on the ground. As the Foundation's program footprint grows, it needs someone who can keep that work running with precision: coordinating logistics, maintaining strong community partnerships, and building a volunteer base that extends the Foundation's reach across South Florida. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable managing the details of a program calendar as they are building trust with a community partner or a Board member. Working closely with Foundation leadership, this role strengthens the connective tissue between programs, the communities they serve, and the governance that supports them.

● Coordinate program delivery, including planning, logistics, quality assurance, and post-event evaluation

● Identify opportunities to expand or enhance program offerings, informed by community needs and organizational priorities
● Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders to expand program reach on behalf of the Foundation

● Maintain program materials, supplies, and systems
