Job Opportunity: Professional House Cleaner
Two Maids & A Mop of Manassas seeks reliable, team‑oriented individuals to work as professional house cleaners in a 2‑person team, following our proven Two Maids system.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer homes to perform routine and special cleaning tasks.
- Provide top‑quality work and customer service, communicating effectively with clients.
- Work cooperatively with a team member and follow company instructions and systems.
- Maintain a clean, rust‑free vehicle and keep it insured.
- Undergo and pass a background check.
- Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm; no weekends or holidays.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, well‑maintained vehicle.
- Ability to travel with a properly insured vehicle each workday.
- Willingness to receive and provide professional feedback.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and lifestyles.
- Prefers to be on time rather than perfect and late.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay $12.00–$14.00; average weekly earnings over $500 based on performance.
- Mileage reimbursed at the company rate.
