Production WorkerWe are seeking a reliable Production Worker to support warehouse and production operations in a refrigerated manufacturing environment. This role involves moving materials, preparing products for shipment, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring orders are handled accurately and safely.The ideal candidate has experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting and is comfortable working in cold conditions.Key Responsibilities:Move products and materials throughout the facility using warehouse equipmentLoad and unload shipments accurately and efficientlyStage, verify, and prepare orders for shippingInspect products for quality and damage preventionSupport inventory handling and material movement activitiesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow company safety, quality, and sanitation proceduresAssist with general warehouse and production tasks as neededWork closely with team members to meet daily operational goalsRequired Qualifications:Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environmentExperience operating forklifts or material-handling equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a cold storage environmentDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work safely and effectively as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing experienceExperience with cherry pickers or similar warehouse equipmentFamiliarity with inventory staging and shipping processesExperience working in a fast-paced production environmentWork Environment:Refrigerated production and warehouse areasPhysical role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and material handlingFast-paced manufacturing environment focused on safety and teamworkShift:2nd shift (3 PM - Midnight)Mid shift (Noon - 9 PM)3rd shift (8 PM - 5 AM)Sunday is an off day and there will be one more off day during the week, but they will work most SaturdaysJob Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, MD.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
