You will work alongside other crew members to build, pour, finish, and handle precast concrete products.Daily Duties IncludeSetting up molds and forms for daily productionPlacing and tying rebar and reinforcing steelPouring, consolidating, and finishing concreteStripping and cleaning molds after productionOperating basic hand tools and power toolsAssisting with rigging, lifting, and moving materialsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWorking closely with supervisors and production leadsWhat We're Looking ForAbility to work in a physically active, hands-on environmentAble to lift 50 lbs., bend, climb, and stand for extended periodsDependability — strong attendance and punctuality are a mustWillingness to learn and follow production and safety proceduresExperience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete is helpful but not requiredMust be able to work safely and use PPE at all timesNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
