American Custom Meats, a leading national meat supplier, has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor.The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring product quality, food safety, and team performance while meeting production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee multiple production lines, ensuring efficient and timely processing of raw materials into finished goodsSupervise, coach, and hold team members accountable to production, quality, and safety standardsMonitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with meal and rest break policiesEnsure staffing, materials, and equipment are aligned with production schedulesMaintain compliance with food safety, quality, and company proceduresIdentify and address production issues in real time to minimize downtimeCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, Maintenance, and WarehouseThe CompanyEstablished in 2011, American Custom Meats is a state-of-the-art food processing company servicing the military, as well as regional and national foodservice and retail channels.We are a fast-paced, growth-focused organization driven by a team that lives our core values: Light the Fire.
