As an integral part of our operations, you'll not only be operating equipment, but you'll be developing new processes and best practices to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

With Re-Nuble, you'll be connecting to work that matters, working with a team of collaborators in a growing company that values your skills and input, offers competitive compensation, and fosters growth!Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of technicians by setting daily workplans and performance and development plans with exceptional servant leadership styleFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, bottom-up continuous improvement among production team membersEffectively manage and mentor a diverse team of production personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivityDemonstrate mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of lean manufacturing principles, actively seeking opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiencyEnthusiastically champion team motivation where all team members feel valued, able to create and contribute to solution creation, while providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.Responsibility for shift operations during productions cyclesInvestigate, analyze, and implement preventative actions for quality and safety incidents or near missesManage direct and indirect labor and raw material costs for all production lines using dedicated production software and other tools.Control raw material inventory and work with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate replenishment with close focus on detailsSets up and operates production equipmentInspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of equipmentDocuments and updates production processes on an ongoing basisEstablishes system and maintains orderly recordkeeping for Quality Assurance and Quality ControlRegularly inspects and evaluates processes and products for quality, consistency, and efficiencyRegularly inspects, audits, and evaluates processes and equipment safety and recommends safety improvements as needed.Performs quality checks and regular auditing, and works with manager to develop and implement quality management systemIdentifies, troubleshoots, and resolves production issues as they ariseMaintains a safe and clean work environment, and ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practicesEnsures waste products are properly disposed ofCreate staffing schedules and production plansLocation and Schedule:In-person: Rochester, NYFull-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pmQualifications and Skills:5+ years in Production Supervision or leadership5+ years in warehouse/production or manufacturingExcellent time management and task management skills.High School Diploma or equivalentUnderstanding of production proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to follow oral and/or written instructionsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to pass a required Drug and Alcohol ScreeningReliability, punctuality, and safety-mindedness with a strong work ethicBasic mechanical aptitude required. Position requires hands-on capability to operate all machinery and equipment.
