We currently have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility.

The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals while supporting employee development and continuous improvement.Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7:30amPay: $77,000 - $84,000Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production throughput, quality, and labor utilization targetsSupervise, coach, and develop frontline employees through performance management, training, communication, and employee engagement initiativesMonitor production, quality, and safety performance metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation of Lean manufacturing and operational improvement initiativesPartner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, including participation in audits, investigations, and corrective actionsLead shift communications, team huddles, and operational coordination activities while supporting emergency response efforts and maintaining accurate operational documentation and reportingQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionMinimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs requireStrong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associate degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related technical fieldPrevious experience in food manufacturing and/or high-speed production environmentsKnowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and behavior-based safety programsPhysical Requirements:Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Crouch, kneel, stoop, reach above shoulders, bend, balance, climb, work on ladder, push, pull, grasp, feel, perform fine manipulation, lift/carry (up to 50 pounds), sit, stand and walk for extended periodsWork in dusty, high heat/humidity environmentAbility to respond effectively to operational and emergency situations within the facility
