In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our production test equipment, working towards the timely and quality delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include operating manual and automatic test equipment and performing quality control checks to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues on the floor will contribute to maintaining optimal production performance. The ideal candidate should possess a solid mechanical aptitude, experience working with manual production equipment, and the ability to adhere to strict safety standards.Work Hours: The scheduled work hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. This is a fully onsite position and does not offer the option to work remotely.Requirements/Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus1-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with quality control processes and safety regulations in manufacturingAbility to accurately follow and process manufacturing travelers, work instructions, and technical specificationsUtilize basic computer skills to input, log and monitor production dataGood manual dexterity and fine motor skills, with the ability to handle delicate components and small devicesAbility to work under a microscope for extended periods of timeAbility to stand for extended periods of timeEffective verbal and written communication skillsCapable of managing individual tasks while supporting team objectivesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in Semiconductor test environmentExperience with MIL-PRF-19500 & / or MIL-PRF-38534 product manufactureU.S.
