This role is hands on, fast paced, and essential to keeping production moving.ResponsibilitiesPull and measure ingredients following customer specific formulasMix and blend batches according to customer formulasVerify ingredients, amounts, and lot numbersRecord batch details and maintain accurate documentationMonitor processing controls and address issues quicklyWatch for anything that could affect sterility and report mechanical problemsMaintain steady product flow to avoid delaysOperate a lift truck to move and store ingredientsClean equipment, tanks, rooms, tools, and pipingWhat You'll Need To SucceedHigh School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.6 months of prior Lift truck, electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.Reliable attendance is important for team operations.Must be self-motivated and conscientious.Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.Ability to complete certification requirementsUse of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.What We OfferThe hiring rate for this position is $31.76 per hour.
