Production ManagerProduction ManagerAbout The RoleWe have a great opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our talented team. The chosen candidate will organize and control Production (Production, Planning and Warehousing functions) at a Manufacturing site to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.Key responsibilitiesEnsure the Factory Floors compliance with all local Health and Safety (OHSA) RegulationsProduct quality is to the required standardThe on-time delivery of all customer ordersLabour times/costs incurred for each job do not exceed target timesInventory Value is within target limitsEffective man management on the factory floor.Efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Production, Purchasing, Stores, Logistics, Engineering and FinanceMonitor the production schedule and capacity plan required to meet customer delivery requirements.
