- Lead daily production operations to meet schedules, KPIs, quality standards, and customer deadlines.
- Manage, train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, equipment, and production priorities.
- Resolve production issues and collaborate with other departments.
- Support expedited orders and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 1+ year in management.
- Experience in contract manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with IPC/interconnect standards and manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. xhqgsiq
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and standard office software.
