Production Control CoordinatorThis position will be responsible for the organization and coordination of material requirements. This position works with the Design Engineering group, Application Engineering and Customer Service group, Information Technologies, Manufacturing and Purchasing.Responsibilities:Function as the focal point in creating a production schedule for plant using the best combination of Manufacturing ERP system and ExcelDetermine parts requirements per order based on technical points and ERP outputsMonitors, analyzes and reports performance to schedule of production activitiesAssist the Manufacturing department to actively manage the production, schedule work hours and resourcesResearch and assign manufacturing times and due dates on parts as needed and document during the releasing process and for special order requestsIdentify and resolve supplier and internal errors that result in schedule discrepanciesProvide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processesParticipate in project milestone meetings and new product development as requiredAccurately develop and maintain complex master bills-of-material, and work order bills-of-materialValidate BOMs to engineering documentation for accuracy on each otherReproduce drawings and assemble drawing packets complete with work-order router (traveler), completion dates, and instruction for all operationsStay informed of current projects, customer quotes, manufacturing workload, and manufacturing processesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required, preference for two-year technical degree.2+ years of experience in ERP Manufacturing fieldProficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (Data Entry and Printing Options)Working knowledge of ERP methodologiesFamiliarity with Microsoft Internet Explorer and/or similar programsAbility to work effectively in a multitasking environment and work constructively under pressureGood oral and written communicationExceptional computer-based skills and knowledgeDemonstrable problem solving and analytic skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkPI123We are the leading provider of non-residential air distribution products across North America.
