Product Training Architect

Illumia seeks a Product Instructor to design, develop, deliver, and improve training for clients, partners, and employees. You’ll create learning materials, align curricula with product releases using ADDIE, and evaluate feedback while maintaining documentation and metrics.

In this role you’ll work with external customers and internal teams such as Support, Implementation, and Product Management, mentoring peers at senior levels and contributing to enterprise curricula.
