Affirm in a remote-first setup seeks a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function and own the external product narrative end-to-end. You’ll anchor the strategy, align cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision.
You’ll co-own people rhythms, headcount planning, budgets, and annual OKRs with HR and Finance, drive AI enablement, and prepare executive briefings to reduce decision latency across Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue, and HR.
