Product Owner, Laboratory Technical Operations — Onsite Opportunity (4-5x a week, North Wilmington, DE 19803, up to $50-$70/hr W2, Contract to Hire)
Biopharmaceutical Cancer Research Company
Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Our biopharmaceutical client focused on cancer research is seeking a technical resource with hands on lab systems or past lab-research domain experience to act as a product owner over their Agilent and Waters hardware, software, and underlying infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations and knowledge base / documentation of the application landscape on the drug discovery business line (lab & non laboratory apps), especially completeness of KB articles in ServiceNow or similar repository.
- Oversee system upgrades, patching, act as break/fix POC, and more
- Application, infrastructure, and systems support in a laboratory environment. Managing 3-rd party (Agilent & Waters) and holding them accountable for SLAs, KPIs, etc.
- Working directly with laboratory scientists for BA'ing & project coordination for systems enabling novel cancer treatment development, FDA compliance, upgrade, application hosting, and more.
- Vendor management of Agilent (primary) and Waters
