Product Operations Lead - Inventory & Guest Experience

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive in-store product strategy, manage BOH operations, and oversee inventory activities. You will coordinate with leadership, plan shifts, and ensure shelves and back‑of‑house areas are well stocked and organized.

You will also mentor team members, participate in hiring decisions, and serve as Supervisor on Duty, delivering technical product education to guests and maintaining a world‑class guest experience.
