Product Manager

CoreReach builds AI voice agents that answer calls for property management companies, day or night. Behind every call is a product decision: what the agent asks, when it escalates, what lands in the team's inbox, and how a property manager sets it all up.

As a Product Manager, you'll decide what we build next and why. You'll spend real time with property managers, turn what you learn into clear priorities, and work with engineering, customer success and marketing to ship it. This is a hybrid role, based in our Seattle office 2 to 3 days a week.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for the voice agent and the app customers use to set it up and review calls
• Talk with property managers, maintenance coordinators and leasing teams every week to understand how their calls really work
• Write clear specs that define what the agent should do in each situation, including the edge cases
• Work with engineering to test agent behavior before it ships, and measure how it performs after
• Shape how CoreReach connects with the property management software customers already use
• Track activation, retention and call outcomes, and use them to decide what comes next
• Work with customer success and marketing on launches, onboarding and how new features are explained

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in product management, ideally for B2B software
• A record of shipping products that customers use every day
• Experience with AI or LLM-powered products, and a feel for where they succeed and fail
• Comfort with data: you can define a metric, pull the numbers and act on them
• Clear writing, from specs to release notes
• Good judgment about tradeoffs, and the confidence to say no

Nice to have

• Background in property management, real estate software or call centers
• Experience with voice, telephony or conversational products
• Experience with products that combine self-serve signup and sales-assisted deals
• Experience with integrations and partner platforms
