This team is required to work with individuals across the company to help their strategies come to life, having a unique opportunity to build a strong and robust network organically.Paid Membership EngagementAs a Product Manager on the Paid Membership Engagement team, you will play a key role in helping to drive high value interactions with our Paid Member audience. You will own product strategy and concept from start to launch while working close with a cross-functional teams of stakeholders and team members to ensure we are delivering the high value work, sooner and with the highest-quality. You will leverage deep knowledge of product metrics and results-driven decision-making frameworks to help design, build, launch and iterate on new experiences that delight and engage our Best Buy Paid Members.Paid Membership RetentionAs a Product Manager on Paid Membership Retention, you will play a key role in increasing retention for the Best Buy’s paid membership programs.

To do this, you will build strategies that align with higher level company strategy, while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, implement and track performance of initiatives. You will engage in customer research to see and solve customer problems and execute data-driven prioritization.App GrowthAs a Product Manager on the App Growth team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of how Best Buy is disrupting retail, empowering the team to deliver innovative and human-centered customer experiences. You will drive product strategy and development from concept to launch, while partnering closely with key internal teams and stakeholders, engaging in customer research, and executing data-driven prioritization. You’ll work with a team of product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, build, and launch initiatives that address customer needs, business objectives, and deliver meaningful impact towards our key results.This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to one of our Best Buy corporate offices (in priority order) Richfield, MN, Atlanta, GA, or Seattle, WA. experience relevant Product Management Experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc.)Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience2+ yrs. relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
