DescriptionThe Product Manager is responsible for driving both the long-term product direction and day-to-day execution of key solutions within the Enterprise Records Management (ERM) Suite, supporting Clerks and Recorder’s offices, Register of Deeds, and other local government agencies across the US.This role operates as a hands-on product leader, ensuring that product strategy is translated into clear requirements, prioritized work, and high-quality releases that support land records management, document recording, indexing, archival, and public access workflows.Working closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, the Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping solutions that meet statutory requirements, and operational efficiency needs, while delivering measurable value to government agencies and Tyler Technologies. Positioning SummaryFrontline product leader with ownership of execution, and delivery outcomesDriver of product strategy into actionable backlog and working softwareBridge between leadership vision, customer workflows, regulatory requirements, and engineering executionDomain-focused problem solver focused on getting high-quality solutions shippedWork Environment & RequirementsHybrid role (preferred: Lakewood, CO or Plano, TX;
