Product ManagerThis role is hybrid, which means the candidate must be located within a drivable distance to Dearborn, MI. Also, the candidate if selected might be asked to come into the office up to 2 or 3 days per week.What you'll be able to do:Work closely with GDIA and other partners to understand their product vision, align on a feature roadmap, and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development teamWork hands-on with the development team and stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and deliver software and infrastructure that meets client requirementsHelp GDIA and other partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through careful and deliberate prioritizationWork with design resources (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the development teamMentor and train other PMs to help them learn agile/XP methods and build skillsIdentify potential success stories and share with communications teamHelp innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share our takeawaysSkills Required:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field5+ years of Product Manager OR related roles (Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, Project Manager, etc.) experience2+ years of experience with CA Agile Central (Rally) or Jira or similar Agile Tools3+ years of experience with Agile methodologySkills Preferred:Background in design or software developmentExperience with Test-Driven Development, Paired ProgrammingKnowledge of web front-end development using JavaScript, client-side frameworks like Angular, React, etc.Experience in Web services development, Microservices, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, SpringListener, JavaScript, and HTML in PCFExperience Required:Background in design or software development3+ years of strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach othersExperience with Test-Driven Development, Paired ProgrammingAbility to work collaboratively with others and navigate sophisticated decision makingAbility to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business partnersSkilled at defining and prioritizing product featuresExperience Preferred:Experience with Spring Cloud and deploying to cloud platforms, preferably Pivotal Cloud Foundry or Cloud FoundryFamiliarity with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories and Build Tools like GRADLESQL/DB programming experience (Relational and No-SQL)Develop integrations with applications like Kafka, MS Dynamics, Adobe Marketing Cloud etcEducation Required:BachelorsEducation Preferred:Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal ProtectionAdditional Information:** HYBRID POSITION - Candidate must be located within a drivable distance to Dearborn, MI - ONSITE requires 2 or 3 days per week.**
