Product Designer

CoreReach builds AI voice agents that answer calls for property management companies, day or night. Most of what a customer sees of that agent happens on a screen: setting it up, reading what it handled overnight, and deciding what needs attention first.

As a Product Designer, you'll shape those moments end to end, from a property manager's first minutes in the app to the call summary their team reads in the morning. You'll work closely with product, engineering and marketing, and see your work reach customers quickly. This is a hybrid role, based in our Seattle office 2 to 3 days a week.

What you'll do

• Design the app end to end: setup, call review, emergency follow-up, settings and billing
• Make a capable product feel simple, so a busy property manager can set up an agent without help
• Design how calls are shown afterward: summaries, recordings and what needs follow-up
• Talk with property managers and test your designs with them before and after they ship
• Build and maintain a design system shared by the app and the website
• Work with marketing on the website and the product visuals that show what the agent does
• Partner with engineers through the build, down to the last detail

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product design for web applications, ideally B2B software
• A portfolio that shows end-to-end work, from research to shipped product
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with care for typography and detail
• Experience with professional design tools (Figma or similar) and building design systems
• Comfort running user interviews and usability tests

Nice to have

• Experience designing for operations teams or data-heavy dashboards
• Background in property management or real estate software
• Enough front-end skill to prototype in code
