Process TechnicianMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.As a Process Technician, you will support wafer manufacturing by monitoring operations, reviewing data, applying structured problem-solving, and partnering across engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesMonitor process and equipment performance using SPC charts, dashboards, alarmsManage semiconductor equipment, perform technical evaluations, recognize abnormal conditions and resolve issuesFollow defined troubleshooting and escalation pathsPartner with Engineering to improve and stabilize processesCollect and document production and process data to analyze and interpret using computer-based systemsPrepare data visualizations to surface yield and process trendsPartner and collaborate with teams (Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality)Provide technical guidance to line operators, participate in shift pass-downFollow established work safety procedures with minimal supervisionMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentWilling and able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 fabs)Minimum QualificationsAnalytical thinkingAttention to detailDisciplined executionStructured problem-solvingEffective communicationTime managementAbility to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, or manufacturing.Disciplined execution or data-driven work in manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or high-reliability environments.Process monitoring, data interpretation, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
