Conagra Brands is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations in our food production facilities. In this role, you will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to increase safety, quality, and throughput. You will lead root-cause investigations, develop standard work, and support capital projects from concept through startup.
Partnering with production, maintenance, quality, and R&D, you’ll use Lean/Six Sigma tools and data analysis to reduce waste, enhance reliability, and sustain results, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
