Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of

Per Diem/PRN Registered Nurse (RN) MUST BE RESIDENT OF TN

Duties:

• - Responsible for coordination of Start of Care, Re-certification, Discharge, and Resumption of care
• - Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Required in the state of Tennessee.
2. 2. Minimum 2 years experience in home care experience
3. 3. Effective written and verbal communication
4. 4. Experience with policy, rules, and regulations
5. 5. Clean background check and driving record

Pay: $50.00 per hour + mileage
